Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
• Oversee the integration of Kinaxis modules including Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team on Kinaxis functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Kinaxis solutions and related processes.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Kinaxis solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Kinaxis implementations.
• Facilitate training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of Kinaxis solutions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of supply chain initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to Kinaxis solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Kinaxis and supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Nice to have experience in Hi-Tech Finance & Accounting domains.
• Nice to have certifications in Kinaxis Fundamentals.
• Must have a minimum of 14 years and a maximum of 18 years of relevant experience.

Certifications Required

Kinaxis Fundamentals Certification is required. Additional certifications in supply chain management are a plus.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
