Job Summary As Cafe Manager for a premier corporate client, you will be responsible for the daily operations of 2 small, corporate office pantries in the Stanford/Greenwich, CT area. You will ensure all daily service is on time and of R/A brand standards. This position requires Monday through Friday daytime availability. Key Responsibilities: Hires, trains, and manages 2 associates. Plans, markets and executes special events/promotions in the cafe Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business Manages pantry/cafe operations Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: At least 1-3 years of relevant experience Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations Operational knowledge of food service equipment Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred Associates at Restaurant Associates are offered many fantastic benefits.
