Work type: On Campus Location: Normal, Illinois Division Name: Student Affairs Job Summary Campus Recreation encourages the campus community to embrace fun and well-being through movement, challenge, and play. The Program Manager, Club and Competition will be responsible for providing leadership level oversight for Redbird Gaming Club and student leader development, fiscal responsibility, risk management, project, and competitive team planning functions for the club and competitive unit of the program area. The individual will supervise, evaluate, and train professional and student personnel with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring students. The position will work with student groups and departments to plan and hold events in all facilities that meet University guidelines and risk mitigation/safety protocols with a strong focus on utilizing the planning process as an educational opportunity.
