- General Autoclave Operations.
- Operate all Autoclaves
- Verify and Understand Cure Data
- Work with Engineering Team to Update SCR's
- Set up and Run Thermal Profiles
- Assemble and test thermocouples
- Demold parts without damage to parts/mold
- Initial inspection of all parts that run through Autoclave
- Deliver parts to the appropriate areas
- Able to make decisions during AC runs.
- Front end trouble shooting.
- Responsible for conducting AM on all claves
- Proper care of molds (clean & release)
- Adhere to all CCA (Climate Controlled Area) and EMA (Environmentally Monitored Area) requirements

- Contribute to process improvement
- Housekeeping and organization (5S) of the work cell
- Proper care / maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Responsible for proper and accurate completion of production and traceability documentation for assigned components.
- Basic SAP transactions.
- Achieve productivity (daily) requirements.
- Initiate STOP-CALL-WAIT per company policy.
Supervisory responsibility: No
Qualifications/Characteristics
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow training materials and work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of MSDS and their use.
- Proper use of safety and personal protective equipment.
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Exhibits strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, fractions, and decimals.
- Relevant Work Experience: Worked in a manufacturing environment
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
Working Conditions Indoor production environment, adequate lighting and comfortable temperatures. Occasional exposure to moderate noise and machinery with mechanical moving parts. Ability to work 24/7 schedule and be available as business situations required, overtime dependent on business need. Physical requirements Frequently positions sheets of material onto molds and/or manually sands parts, etc... Frequent repetitive hand movements, use of hand tools - pliers, sanders, scissors, etc... Frequently remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the time Must be able to detect and recognize visual differences between materials or parts, etc... Frequently moves molds and parts >25 lbs between work tables and carts
