Precise Systems is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Ledger Supervisor to join our team in Northern Virginia on a full-time, regular basis. As a Supervisor at Precise Systems, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a dynamic team, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and processes are continuously improved.

Duties:



  • Set clear team goals, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, resolve conflicts, and handle challenging situations with poise
  • Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and managing resources efficiently
  • The primary focus for this role will be general ledger, treasury and corporate compliance
  • Ensure general ledger reconciliations are complete and investigate issues. with a strong commitment to meet deadlines
  • Lead treasury responsibility, ensuring payments and receipts are recorded timely and predicting cash flow
  • Track and ensure completion of various compliance tasks, including state registration, local registration, and ensuring compliance with states in conjunction with our third party registered agent.
  • Strong familiarity with the FAR and government contracting concepts, practices and procedures


Required Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in finance or other related major


Required Experience:



  • At least 5 years' experience in a government contracting, finance role, preferably with some exposure to CPFF and T&M work in addition to FFP.
  • Strong experience with Deltek Costpoint is required.
  • Merger & Acquisition experience preferred


Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $69,090.42 - $102,135.62 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
