Nokia of America Corporation, Support Engineer (Multiple Positions), Murray Hill, NJ. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer network issues for product installations in an accurate and timely manner. Analyze logs, transaction rate of the customer, thread dumps and heap dumps to debug customer network issues in the field. Document network defects, prioritize customer queries and escalate serious technical issues to the product development team during customer deployments of the product. Work with product development teams to perform escape analysis of field defects and deliver root cause analysis to the customer. #LI-DNI SALARY RANGE: $108,543 - $163,800 per year WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer network issues for product installations in an accurate and timely manner. Work with product development teams to perform escape analysis of field defects and deliver root cause analysis to the customer. #LI-DNI JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Assisting customers with product installation; Configuring the product according to the transaction rate of the customer; Configuring and supporting replication across various customer deployments of the product; Recommending product features that improve troubleshooting for future issues; Deploying and debugging cloud native application on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform; Docker and Kubernetes deployment technologies; and Preparing reports on customer issues. Domestic travel required up to 5%. Telecommuting may be permitted up to 100% anywhere in the US.
