Cox Automotive/EV Battery Solutions is looking for a
Product Owner II to join the team. With industry-leading capabilities in battery management, remanufacturing, diagnostics, and valuation, EV Battery Solutions provides unmatched support for EV batteries throughout every step of their life cycle.
As a Product Owner II, you will be responsible for developing the software that collects and manages the battery life cycle data in accordance with the product roadmap. You will work with Product Managers, Business Leaders, and a cross-functional Scrum teams to deliver software to internal users and OEM and Dealership customers. You manage the overall effort to deliver software products, capabilities, services and enhancements using the strategic vision as well as established key performance indicators. You understand the functionality and determine the release sequence. You prioritize and maintain the product backlog and perform just-in-time story elaboration with the development team. Who You Are Education, Experience and Qualifications
USD 79,400.00 - 119,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
