Your Role:

As an HVAC Branch Service Manager, you will:

  • Manage Day-to-Day Service Operations: Ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives

  • Supervise Service Team Managers: Oversee Truck Based Service Managers and Customer Service Representatives

  • Direct the Service Business Support Team: Handle account management, invoicing, service order posting, and more

  • Provide Coaching and Support: Implement business methodologies and service applications

  • Drive Service Business Processes: Ensure training, communication, and reinforcement of processes

  • Maintain Delivery Standards: Achieve balanced, profitable growth through effective execution

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing service operations and/or service dispatch/scheduling

  • Skills: Strong organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

  • Multitasking Ability: Handle multiple projects with tact, cooperation, and persistence

  • Prioritization: Prioritize work activities based on financial impact to business goals

  • Communication: Competence in written and verbal communication

  • Project Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of project accounting or costing principles

  • Representation: Positively represent Johnson Controls and influence diverse teams

  • Software Proficiency: Use of Service Management software and financial accounting systems
