Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Some HR experience, ideally with new hire training or related functions.

As a Human Resources Representative, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process, including creating and processing new hire offer letters, position changes, and ensuring all required documentation is completed. You'll conduct background checks, I-9 document screening, employment verifications, and reference checks, while leading new hire orientations-both in-person and remotely. Additionally, you will track and manage employee data using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.
