SUMMARY: Responsible for managing Influencer programs for long-term and short-term campaigns intended to increase community engagement and purchase intent.


DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Manages relationships and partnerships to bring Nintendo products and initiatives to life on social media while managing and executing tactics.
  • Manages partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, creator feedback, and reporting.
  • Collaborates with the Communications team to identify opportunities for the celebrity community to engage with Nintendo products to drive engagement with targeted audiences.
  • Leads key activities related to product launches and other marketing activities.
  • Directs external partners and agencies involved in executing short- and long-term initiatives.
  • Works internationally, cross-functionally, and across agency partners to explore and identify new ways to drive awareness, advocacy, and purchase intent for the brand and products.
  • Drives strategy and objectives for marketing programs and campaigns, defining and tracking ongoing quantitative and qualitative results.
  • Ensures that all projects and opportunities across cross-functional teams are aligned.
  • As designated, may represent Nintendo as an official corporate spokesperson; successful completion of training required.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:



  • Minimum of six (6) years related experience in influencer marketing, communications, public relations, or social media.
  • Experience managing direct reports required.
  • Experience developing and executing influencer marketing programs.
  • Strong writing, editing, communications, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of all social media platforms, both as a marketer and as a user.
  • Experience with social media and influencer marketing KPIs including interpretation of data and creating actionable insights from that data.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $114,000 - $205,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
