*Now Hiring: Call Center Supervisor*
Responsibilities: * Team Management: Lead and supervise the call center team to ensure they meet customer service standards. * Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess the performance of call center staff, providing regular feedback and coaching. * Training: Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures. * Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional manner. * Scheduling: Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours. * Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. * Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing call center policies and procedures. * Motivation: Devise strategies to keep staff motivated and improve overall team performance. Qualifications: * Experience: Proven experience as a call center supervisor or in a similar supervisory role. * Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with call center software and MS Office. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or management are a plus. * Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, and excellent problem-solving abilities *Must be open to working a shift between M-F 5a-7p.* *Weekly pay cycle!* *Start: March, April* Please apply with your updated resume to be considered for this opportunity! #customerservice *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.15 - $25.15/hr.
