Summary

This role will be a critical leadership role logistics network in terms of driving the transformation agenda. This role will be tasked with supporting and guiding the financial analysis and reporting combined W&D space of LaColombe and Chobani. The individual will provide leadership with reliable analysis and insight to be used in strategic planning and goal setting for Chobani's Supply Chain leadership team members. This role ensures high level, cross functional communication with emphasis on financial performance, trend analysis and delivery of productivity initiatives will ensuring the plant follows all appropriate controls as well as GAAP principles.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for supply chain and logistics
  • operations.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and education to the operations teams relating to linking plant operating metrics to plant financial metrics
  • Support the Supply Chain Finance and Accounting team with month and quarter end close processes
  • Identify and proactively surface business challenges and opportunities; propose and create solutions
  • Drive initiatives to reduce supply chain and logistics costs without compromising efficiency or service levels.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as transportation and warehousing expenses, and cost per unit.
  • Partner with operations teams to align financial goals with supply chain objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights for decisions related to inventory management, procurement, and logistics network optimization.
  • Lead financial evaluations for technology, automation, and infrastructure investments
  • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Partner directly with the Supply Chain finance team to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with leadership to better understand and identify goals and financial targets to drive the overall business objectives
  • Reviews control procedures over accounting and financial activities. Provides guidance to ensure that internal accounting controls are in place to protect company assets. Ensures an adequate system of internal control is maintained, and that general ledger accounts are correctly stated, maintains SOX compliance
Requirements
  • 7+ years of a broad financial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably publicly traded CPG manufacturing company
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required/ MBA preferred.
  • General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
  • Standard Costing experience
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Experience developing financial reports and KPI metrics
  • Demonstrated financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Ability to provide thought leadership to shape future decisions
  • Ability to draw various data from multiple sources and synthesize data into actionable decisions
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels as well as the ability to work in cross functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization

Compensation Range:$148,000.00-$222,000.00, plus bonus.
