LSSI is hiring a full-timeBusiness Manager HC and DD, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Responsible for reviewing financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and whether they are in line with current projections and ultimate business goals. Also responsible for ensuring clients are well.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
  • Supervise the monthly record of Billing and Submissions of Claims.
  • Review and prepare weekly Homecare payroll.
  • Prepare account reconciliations for various client account, RPM reporting, and prepare reports for Homecare and DD.
  • Work with Program Managers on issues relating to invoicing, vehicles leased/rental issues, and client delinquency.
  • Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
  • Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
Position Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred or high school diploma (or equivalent) with five (5) or more years' experience in an accounting role required.
  • Minim five (5) or more years' experience in an accounting role required.
  • Background check clearance required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Excel spreadsheets required.
  • Experience using Great Plaines, Sandata and RPM preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
