Utz is pleased to announce an opportunity for a student to join the team this summer as an Administrative Sales Intern in Bentonville, AR. You will be responsible for but not limited to supporting various aspects of sales and operations. This includes managing the upload of visual content, updating product data and attributes in the system, and coordinating volunteer opportunities and schedules. They will also assist in ordering samples, managing the setup of sales-related opportunities, and overseeing the procurement of custom signage and other supplies. Additional responsibilities include researching and selecting internet service providers, following up on brand registrations, and ensuring accurate product dimensions and barcode placements. They will also monitor and maintain product listings online, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Develop skills in organizing tasks and managing schedules. Procurement Process: Gain experience into ordering supplies and working with vendors. Branding and Visual Content: Understand how visual content plays a role in branding and marketing. Problem-Solving: Build ability to identify and resolve operational challenges. Communication: Strengthen communication skills by collaborating with teams and vendors. E-Commerce Management: Learn how to keep online product listings accurate and up-to-date. Vendor Research: Gain experience in researching and evaluating service providers. Team Collaboration: Learn how to work effectively across different departments. Job Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in a business related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
