Staffmark is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Sun Valley, CA. Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 per year Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday Essential Functions: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will assist customers on the phone and in the field. This role requires excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, along with maintaining high levels of customer service. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Provide outstanding customer service, both over the phone and in person. Maintain excellent standards of service and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver sales summary reports. Handle challenging situations and resolve issues promptly. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals. Support the team by coordinating customer orders and product delivery. Clean driving record. Experience in building materials or masonry (preferred). Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, time management, math, administration, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Systems.
