Inside Sales Representative

If you excel in communication, customer service, and organization, this could be your perfect fit!

Salary: $42,000/yr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales support, data entry, or customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferred (but not required): Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field, plus experience in customer support or a similar role.

Inside Sales Representative Job Description

Manage data entry and sales orders. Maintain customer relationships. Assist in driving sales growth through administrative support. Coordinate with the outside sales representative. Address customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services. Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations for customers. Monitor and track order statuses.
