What we will achieve together :

The FP&A Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial performance, planning, and analysis of the commercial operations of the organization. This individual will lead a team of two finance analysts to provide strategic and operational insights, support business decisions, and ensure the organization's financial goals and targets are met.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,0000

Key Responsibilities:

The FP&A Manager leads the controlling team across the main areas: Financial reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial analysis, Process improvement and policy development.

  • Prepare regular forecasts and financial projection and help to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial performance, identifying areas of improvement or concern.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, lead the annual budgeting process, communicate financial insights and support business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve financial planning and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement through process optimization or strategic initiatives and implement best practices in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis to drive organizational excellence.
  • Other tasks and projects as requested / required by the Company.


Bring your competencies :



  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, controlling, or commercial finance roles, with at least 5 years in leadership or management capacity. Preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing, spare parts/equipment environment with international presence.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting or related field.
  • Key Skills: Strong leadership and communication, Strategic thinking and planning, Strong organizational skills, Working collaboratively in a global team environment.
  • Traits: Financial modeling, Budgeting and forecasting, Data analysis,
