As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in prospecting, building relationships, and growing revenue with both new and existing customers. If you're passionate about education, sales, and making a real impact, this is your chance to shine!

What You'll Do

• Identify and win new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic sales efforts focused on early education, multi-segment customers
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers and create tailored growth strategies for existing accounts
• Make outbound calls and connect with key decision-makers in the early childhood education space
• Surpass sales targets by consistently exceeding daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly activity benchmarks
• Champion our innovative products and solutions, helping educators and childcare providers bring learning to life

What You Bring

• 2+ years of proven sales success in Early Childhood Education (required)
• 3+ years of Inside Sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals (required)
• A passion for business development, from uncovering leads to closing deals
• A high-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset-you thrive in a fast-paced environment!
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills-you know how to connect and engage with customers
• A team-player attitude-you enjoy collaborating and celebrating wins together
• Teaching experience a plus
