Overview

TRC is seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Norcross office. This position will develop client accounts related to property insurance and promote business development throughout the Southeast region of the US.


Responsibilities

  • Pioneer a new service sector of Insurance Expert Consulting Services, identify and develop new business opportunities, and deliver responsive, high quality building sciences and engineering services.
  • Attend industry-related conferences and expositions, where deemed relevant, to give presentations and develop/build relationships with corporate and individual conference attendees.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships associated with property and casualty carriers and/or their representatives.
  • Coordination with adjusters to ensure that the appropriate expert responds to the claim.
  • Continue to be a point of contact to address client concerns during the claim process.
  • Ensure that the deliverables meet client expectation and relay any comments or concerns to the regional director.
  • Follow-up on relationships with legal counsel that represents the client.
  • Participate in strategic growth initiatives to expand TRC's client and delivery footprint across the southeast (i.e., interdepartmental cross selling).
  • Develop client sales through direct client contact with a goal to capture new and follow-on work, expand TRC service offerings, and support TRC value propositions.
  • Work with project managers on strategic pursuits, including proposal development and client meetings, and help to maintain strong relationships with key planning leaders within the Southeast.

Qualifications

  • Must be a good communicator and a team player.
  • Must be willing to engage new potential clients and conduct marketing presentations.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and motor vehicle records check.
  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in property and casualty insurance industry claims.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
