International Student Assistant - IT (Must be Herzing University Student)

Required: Must be a current Herzing University International student. Hours worke will be 15-20 hours per week.

International Student Assistant - IT

• Assist new students on functionality of logging into their classes
• Printing and activating security badges for students, faculty and staff
• Troubleshooting and repairing computers and printers
• Configuring scan to email and scan to folder functions
• Imaging and reimaging student, staff and faculty desktops utilizing SCCM
• Equipment set up for new employees
• Updating computers and SimLab simulation equipment
• Assisting with graduation technology setup
• Train new international students on functionality of logging into their classes and assignments
• Other Duties as Assigned
  
  

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must present a neat, professional appearance
• Must be extremely reliable in working the scheduled hours
• Must follow all campus policies for students and employees
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be a current, registered student and maintain a 2.5 GPA through the duration of employment.
• This position expires upon graduation.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent International Diploma
