Position Summary The UNM-Taos Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences invites applicants to apply for a Temporary Part-Time Faculty (Adjunct) member to teach the following course for Summer 2025. This posting is primarily for Remote Synchronous (teaching online to students real time) instruction. These positions will be hired on an as needed basis dependent on student enrollment, course offering matrix, and graduation requirements. The specific course is as follows: EDUC 1120 Introduction to Education Catalog Description: An exploration of contemporary issues around diversity, culture, and education in New Mexico. The course is of special interest to students considering a teaching career. Projects in schools and/or community sites are part of requirements. The base salary is $1,017.60 to $1,100.63 per credit hour depending on successful candidates' qualifications. This posting is for both face to face and remote delivery of courses.
