Air Liquide Advanced Materials is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage innovative thinking and leadership to optimize supply chain operations while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
The Global Supply Chain Analyst will drive efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and optimization strategies. They will be responsible for delivering forecasting models, performance reports, and process improvements while improving supply chain reliability and enhancing supply chain resilience. This role ensures informed decisions, operational excellence, and a competitive edge in global markets.

Benchmark ALAM's current end-to-end supply chain using the ASCM-SCOR model Identify and outline supply chain process improvement & optimization opportunities resulting from the SCOR assessment Contribute to development of strategic supply chain initiatives with ALAM's supply chain leadership team. Project manage strategic supply chain initiatives to drive measurable improvements in supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels. Develop supply planning files, processes & insights to facilitate integrated business planning growth Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Create & automate supply chain dashboards using data analytic tools such as SAP Datasphere, PowerBI, Python, SQL, Tableau

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a relevant & related field with practical business experience. A master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, planning or a related field. Proven expertise in data analysis, with demonstrated success in improving supply chain processes. Proficient in supply chain management tools, data visualization software, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Strong understanding of global supply chain trends, regulations, and technologies. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and influencing leadership skills. Systematic problem solver focused on implementing solutions to solve root cause problems
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of efficiency principles such as Lean/Six Sigma; Black belt preferred ASCM, CAP (Certified Analytics Professional), SAS (Statistical Analysis System) or related data analytics certifications Advanced proficiency in programming or data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Python, R, SQL or equivalent Experience successfully leveraging business analytics to inform decisions Comfortable with out of the box thinking and challenging status quo Strong ability to partner across a complex, matrixed organization and influence outcomes at all levels Ability to communicate and deliver presentations with impact Solid computer skills (i.e. SAP, Google platform, Database programs a plus) Team player who can collaborate to drive better outcomes Ability to set goals and motivate self Strong organizational, team-building, and communication skills.
