Almac Group is currently seeking a Project Services Intern for our Souderton, PA location. The Project Services Intern will provide support to project management functions in support of clinical packaging, labeling and distribution.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Support process improvement initiatives, data management, and data integrity efforts. Perform analytical tasks for various ad hoc projects. Demonstrate attention to detail by performing assigned tasks Right the First Time and with a high degree of efficiency. Gather and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution. Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met. Collate metrics for Production and Distribution to support communications with clients. Assist with trending and analysis of Quality data.



Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:


  • Currently enrolled in at a 4-year college or university.
  • Prior employment or volunteer experience.



Preferred Experience / Education:


  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or Packaging.
  • Experience in a professional working environment.
  • Coursework, projects, or experience that demonstrate a high attention to detail and ability to comply with written requirements.
  • Coursework, projects, or experience that demonstrate the ability to creatively problem-solve and implement those solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

About the Program
Almac Group's 10-week internship program runs from early June to early August. We offer a supportive, friendly working environment where you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to modern industry. It's a unique opportunity to experience many parts of the contract development and manufacturing business while making a key contribution. In addition to hands on experience in your role, interns will have the opportunity to grow their professional skills through trainings and networking events with colleagues at Almac, as well as other interns.
To apply, you must be an undergraduate who has completed at least their sophomore year. We are looking for students with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who are organized and enjoy analyzing information and solving problems.
