For over 70 years Global Industrial has been an industry leader providing private label and brand name industrial equipment and supplies to businesses throughout North America.

We carry over one million industrial, material handling and business products that are sold through our website, corporate sales people and full color catalogs. We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

* Design and implement sales training and sales coaching materials.
* Participate in the creation of quick reference guides and assist in the development of materials that help sellers generate revenue.
* Research and analyze current business processes and present formal recommendations for improvements.
* Examine current sales enablement materials and improve upon materials for sales readiness.
* Develop a socialization plan for increasing utilization of our in-house online experience - SalesPlace.

Competencies and skills

QUALIFICATIONS

* Rising Senior enrolled in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (min. 3.0 GPA).
* Strong written communication skills.
* Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow.
* Handle multiple activities simultaneously with accurate, timely completion of tasks.
* Use of Microsoft 365 tools, especially OneDrive and SharePoint.
* Utilization of social media to generate excitement and interest in content.
