Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting various administrative functions within the company, including recruitment, personnel records management, and employee communications. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

What You Will Be Doing:
*Provide support in areas such as recruitment, staffing, and orientation.
*Assist in maintaining personnel records.
*Process a variety of confidential forms, including enrollment, pay changes, and pre-employment screening information.
*Support employee communications by responding to routine questions on HR policies and procedures, and identifying potential issues.
*Coordinate plant-wide activities relating to safety and associate engagement.
*Assist in the preparation of special projects, such as PowerPoint presentations and skills development training.
*Support donation requests, check sorting, and attendance tracking.
*Provide back-up relief for the Administrative Assistant, including receptionist and mail distribution duties.
*Support Plant Management staff with announcements and communication boards throughout the bakery.
*Conduct safety observations as required within the bakery.
*Other administrative support duties as assigned.
What We Need From You:
*Minimum High School or equivalent, plus three to five (3-5) years of experience.
*A combination of education, training, and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality of any personal or company information encountered.
*Excellent organizational and communication (written & oral) skills.
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
