Job DescriptionVisa's Corporate Affairs Team is seeking a seasoned Senior Director for the role of People Business Partner. This position serves a crucial role in crafting and harmonizing talent strategies with the business strategy, ensuring the organization possesses the requisite talent, culture, and leadership to effectively achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted and strategic partner for the Corporate Affairs leadership, including Government Engagement, Corporate Communications, Social Impact & Sustainability, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Transformation, collaborating closely with them to enhance both business and people performance. This role carries global responsibility and has 1 direct report and 1 matrixed report. Reporting to the SVP, People Business Partner Global Markets and Corporate Functions this position works in close coordination with PBP counterparts and Centers of Excellence for effective planning and delivery of the functions' s Talent Strategy, people programs, and services to the business. The ideal candidate will possess functional expertise, a business-oriented and innovative mindset, and will be considered an expert on people and organizational matters. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment that is in a constant state of evolution and change, demonstrating a preference for strategy setting along with robust implementation to drive business and functional outcomes. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $169,600.00 to $273,250.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
