What is the role about?

This role is critical in ensuring that customer needs are met and that we provide a preeminent experience throughout the life cycle of an order. This role will work closely with many stakeholders including, but not limited to direct customers, production centers, representatives, domestic and global supply chains, and our carrier network.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Act as primary expeditor with various Endress+Hauser business units, including arranging special delivery requirements and managing delay of deliveries.
  • Communicate directly with customers and channel partners by phone or electronically on order status and other needs.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints working with regional team and Salesforce.
  • Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments including directing requests and unresolved issues as needed for the customer.
  • Conduct daily backlog reviews to ensure proper order handling (orders not released and orders past due).
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager in day-to-day activities where priorities can quickly shift.
  • Process EQI requests for lead-times.

What do we expect from you?

You will have (required):

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret commercial issues and terms
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner for effectively presenting information to external and internal customers
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to accomplish assignments and meet deadlines
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP, Salesforce skills
