Job Title: *Project Manager - Commercial Risk*
** *Job Summary: *We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial risk within our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact project deliverables, timelines, and financial outcomes. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. *Key Responsibilities:* * Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify potential risks that could affect project outcomes and assess their impact. * Risk Mitigation Planning: Develop and implement risk management plans and strategies to minimize potential negative impacts. * Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor risks and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. * Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders regarding risk management activities. * Compliance: Ensure all risk management activities comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. * Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all risk management activities for future reference. *Qualifications:* * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on risk management. * Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in risk management software and tools. * Certifications: PMP, PMI-RMP, or similar certifications are preferred. *Preferred Attributes:* * Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions. * Strong understanding of commercial risk and its implications on project success. * Experience in developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $100.00/hr.
