OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Global Strategic Account Executive to join our special Microsoft team dedicated to supporting a very complex, one-of-a-kind customer. This role involves working directly with our client on their priority initiatives, creating new and maintaining existing client relationships, and qualifying opportunities where Microsoft can help our client be successful. ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Expand strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact for the customer and spread into other areas of the organization. Anticipate issues/risks on customer satisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, remove blockers, and establish recovery action plans to improve the customer's overall experience. Own the development of strategies that showcase the value added by Microsoft's innovative cloud offerings and ideas grounded on a deep understanding of industry trends and based on account needs and customer's expectations.Leverage your internal network of industry experts to strengthen your knowledge of the industry, competitors, and customer business priorities. Use your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's offerings to share knowledge internally, influence customers' business capabilities, drive more competitive solutions, and enhance the growth of the account team. |
