Presentation Specialist-Sales Support (Virtual, US)

Role Overview

The Presentation Specialist-Sales Support works directly with the sales and account management teams to develop compelling presentations and documents that advance the sales cycle. The Presentation Specialist-Sales Support provides quality decks applying the appropriate composition, graphics, grammar, punctuation, and spelling while meeting all defined deadlines. They are also responsible for assisting with updating and maintaining a slide presentation library.

Responsibilities



  • Global SME Network - create and maintain a global network of business / technical SMEs to support and aid content creation cross functionally.
  • Sales Content Creation - primary creator of visual sales content, interfaces with global sales leads, account management team directors and VPs for relocation and household goods services to design the visual content required for sales presentations, best and finals, etc.
  • Sales Strategic Content & Messaging - creates visual content that reflects the customized messaging required for each client / prospect presentation, creates story telling with imagery and text.
  • Sirva Brand - preserves and reflects the Sirva brand, values, vision, and mission for the company throughout the visual content created. Creates and manages templates used by sales team and other departments. Uses imagery, photos, graphics content in a way that reflects 'who Sirva is.'
  • Quality Control - creates consistent content that communicates and enforces the process and quality control requirements for completed presentations and other presentation mediums.
  • Tools, Systems & Innovation - continues to research and evolve content stack and imagery stock, aware of the latest tools to manage and display content. Makes recommendations to the business on how to improve content - display and imagery. Updates the PowerPoint library (TeamSlide) on a consistent basis.
  • Peer Reviews - provides feedback on presentations while reviewing others to maintain quality standards.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing or sales support
  • Experience working successfully within a demanding sales environment, including RFP/Best & Final cycle
  • Experience in slide design / graphics development
  • Strong proficiency in MS Power Point
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Thorough understanding of sales process and drivers
  • Experience in using Gen AI e.g. Co Pilot to support content creation
  • Strong operational background
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently
