Echo Tech - Cardiology Lewes, Ocean View and Milford DE Pay From: $37 Per Hour MUST: 2+ years of experience as an Echo Tech Experience performing echocardiograms Ability to assess heart function and detect abnormalities Operating ultrasound equipment Explaining procedures to patients Reviewing and interpreting preliminary results Highlighting abnormal findings for the cardiologist RDCS/RCS certification DUTIES: The duties of the Echo Tech including but are not limited to the following: Perform echocardiograms on patients to assess heart function and detect abnormalities Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment Explain procedures to patients and address any concerns they may have Review and interpret preliminary results, highlighting any abnormal findings for the cardiologist Record and store echocardiogram images and patient information in the medical records system Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare team members to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
