Are you an experienced professional looking for a dynamic role where you can make a significant impact? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Manager to join our Sacramento office. This is an on-site role. As the Sacramento Office Administrator you will play a crucial role in overseeing the office operations and ensuring a productive and positive work environment for attorneys and staff. You will work closely with the Office Leader and the Regional Director of Administration to ensure that all attorneys and staff have the resources they need to provide exceptional service to our clients and drive workplace strategies and initiatives. The Office Administrator has the unique combination of strategic focus and a desire to be hands-on, executing and delivering in real-time, while simultaneously anticipating and planning for future needs. Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is between $91,000 - $121,000. Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick's estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
