Genesis10 is currently seeking an Onboarding and Customer Set-up Coordinator with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 9+ month contract position. Compensation: $43.00-53.00 per hour, W2, Depending on skills and experience level. Responsibilities: Consult on and contribute to moderately complex initiatives within Business Execution Participate in large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables Analyze and resolve moderately complex Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while delivering business execution objectives Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support onboarding and data management processes Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring smooth client onboarding and operational efficiency Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Desired Qualifications: Project management or financial services experience Familiarity with client onboarding and data management processes Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
