Role Summary

As Head of Delivery within the Chief Administrative Office, the successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting key programs designed to tell our brand story and demonstrate the value of the franchise. Other primary responsibilities will include (but not limited to) data analysis and reporting, strategic planning support, operational / process improvement, project management and staff collaboration and communications.

Role is considered hybrid in New York with travel if required based on business requirements.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:





  • Data Analysis and Reporting: The CAO Head of Delivery will collect, analyze, and interpret administrative data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for the CAO and other stakeholders. Will assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business-wide initiatives (operations, control, risk, people)



  • Strategic Planning Support: Assist the CAO in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives. Will research and analyze industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions. Assist in the development and monitoring throughout the budget planning cycle. Analyze budget performance and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Will collaborate and closely partner with leadership team on creating, defining and executing business strategy.



  • Operational/Process Improvement: Along with the CAO, the Head of Delivery will lead initiatives, identify and recommend process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness. Implement and monitor process changes to ensure successful outcomes against key business initiatives (cost, expense, location, growth, efficiency). Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.



  • Project Management: Lead and be influential in administrative projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Track project progress identify and mitigating potential issues or risks. Prepare and present reports to CAO and other Senior Management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.



  • Staff Collaboration and Communication: Work closely and collaboratively with other departments and teams to achieve organizational goals. Assist CAO and other members of the Senior Leadership Team to prepare materials for executive reviews with focus on measurements, data insights and storytelling by consolidating inputs from multiple groups into one consistent deliverable.





Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:




  • At least 5 years of related experience required



  • Ability to perform consistently in a high-paced work environment



  • Prior experience preparing business reviews and presenting updates to senior leaders, board members, operating committees and steering committees.



  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.



  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.



  • Proficient time management, ability to prioritize and flex work to align with business operational priorities



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders



  • Previous experience identifying opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development in order to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency.



  • Ability to work proficiently with multiple priorities and deadlines without constant or direct supervision.



  • Efficiency in problem solving, tracking actions and outcomes from beginning to end, and project coordination



  • Strong problem-solving ability, and be able to identify potential issues and propose solutions



  • Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
