Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States can be found in the JOB INFO section below. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst!

Are you passionate about IT? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our financial modules/functions. A Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for providing functional and technical leadership for S&C's global Enterprise Resource Planning System, Oracle EBS, with a focus on the financial modules/functions.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with business clients, peers, and software suppliers (e.g., Oracle) to:
  • Design solutions to solve business challenges and help implement best practice processes in Oracle EBS
  • Resolve application issues.
  • Make configuration changes to satisfy new business requirements.
  • Manage efforts supporting application upgrades, enhancements, and new software implementations.
  • Lead technology design sessions with business clients and peers to deliver business requirements thru production in Oracle EBS and its connected financial applications
  • Experience in multiple delivery models (Agile, waterfall, DevOps) are examples
  • Follow established IT standard work procedure documentation and best practices.
  • Process and technical mentorship to other members of the Oracle EBS support team.
  • Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules.
  • Provide off-hours, on-call support for Oracle EBS as needed.



What you'll Need To Succeed:



  • College degree is mandatory
  • ERP experience (oracle preferred or SAP equivalent experience). Business, Finance, Technology background
  • Prefer experience Delivering Oracle EBS financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Taxes, iExpenses, and iPayment).
  • Ability to lead and understand configuration for Oracle EBS R12 applications specifically General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Taxes, iExpenses, and iPayment modules.
  • 5 or more years of experience delivering financial functions.
  • Passion for learning new technologies while staying current with the latest Oracle financial module features/functions, processes, and technologies available.
  • Ability to manage support-related assignments using an incident management system.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - that translate technical and business-facing requirements
  • Capable of embracing diversity and equity to ensure successful contributions towards a respectful and inclusive workplace.



Preferred:



  • A 4-year degree in a Finance & Accounting / related field or equivalent experience

    Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist: Oracle General Ledger certification
  • Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist: Oracle Receivables certification
  • Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist: Oracle Payables certification
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
  • Or Equivalent ERP's - example SAP S4
  • Ability to configure/support Oracle Fusion applications, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Taxes
  • Ability to configure/support Oracle Fusion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
  • Ability to integrate and deliver the complexities of Operations, Supply Chain, and finance
