Shift Details:

Pay: $22 per hour

2nd Shift Hours: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday (opportunities for overtime)

Essential Functions:



  • Supervision and Leadership: Lead and manage the team, assign tasks, provide coaching, and foster a productive work environment.
  • Shipping and Receiving Operations: Oversee accurate processing, documentation, and verification of shipments while coordinating with internal teams.
  • Inventory Management: Track, update, and organize inventory to ensure proper stocking and storage.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce company policies, conduct safety training, and ensure compliance with handling regulations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Requirements:



  • 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
  • Experience with warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and shipping processes.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, time-management, communication, and computer skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (50+ pounds), stand for extended periods, and operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
