Are you ready to unfold your greatest potential? At Advantage Resourcing and our partner company, we love to expose your passion and explore the possibilities. Our client is a leader in auto parts distribution and is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Jamesburg, NJ.

Pay rate: $25 - $36/hr.

Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, occasionally Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee all training aspects, including program development, trainer supervision, and on-the-job training, with a strong focus on safety.
  • Manage direct report performance through formal reviews, monthly discussions, daily audits, and coaching.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure KPIs, objectives, and performance standards are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Supervise administrative tasks, maintain communication with stakeholders, and manage spending within budget.
  • Oversee inventory activities, including inspections, cycle counts, and dealer returns processing.
  • Handle incoming shipments and process dealer return parts accurately.
  • Execute special projects, follow set procedures, and ensure task completion.



Qualifications: Warehouse Supervisor experience, 4 years of experience.
