Position Summary The College of Dentistry is looking for graduate hourly to assist with activities in the Office Student and Diversity Affairs. Under general supervision of a staff or faculty member, the graduate hourly will perform all or part of the following duties: Responsible for specific projects, reports and tasks related to recruitment and programming efforts Provide administrative support Handle administrative requests and queries from managers Depending on programming and events, might have to work weekends or evenings Performs related duties as assigned Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Must be enrolled as a graduate student at UIC, preferably enrolled at the School of Public Health, College of Social Work or College of Education.
