Job Overview

The Senior, Leadership Development drives performance and culture by supporting various leadership development efforts across the enterprise. This role designs and develops comprehensive learning materials, including live workshops, on-demand courses, and supporting resources that foster continuous learning and growth. It combines creative instructional design expertise with advanced technical skills to translate leadership development goals into impactful and engaging learning experiences. The Senior, Leadership Development collaborates with key partners across HR and multiple business functions to identify and validate learning needs, align on insight-driven priorities, and perform other assigned duties. This position is based in Cincinnati, OH, or New York, NY.

What You Will Do



  • Design, develop, and curate scalable and inclusive leadership development programs for both in-person and virtual learning experiences, including live workshops, self-paced/on-demand content, and supplemental resources such as guides, toolkits, and job aids.
  • Create and implement programs that identify, nurture, and retain high-potential and diverse talent through structured development initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end design and development timelines, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines while ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate live workshops and virtual sessions as needed.
  • Continuously assess and update learning materials to reflect leadership development trends, learner feedback, and evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Talent COE team, HR partners, subject matter experts, and business leaders to analyze workforce data, identify talent gaps and trends, develop learning solutions, and secure buy-in for new initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the impact of learning initiatives, including program metrics, learner progress, and feedback, to drive continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

Project Management: Plans, executes, and oversees projects to ensure timely completion within scope and budget. Organizes tasks, manages resources, mitigates risks, and coordinates with stakeholders using project management methodologies and tools.

Facilitation Mastery: Delivers engaging and interactive workshops that drive meaningful behavior change across all leadership levels.

Innovation and Risk-Taking: Introduces creative solutions to challenges, fostering an environment that supports experimentation, innovation, and intelligent risk-taking to help the organization grow and adapt.

Strategic Thinking: Analyzes business issues and opportunities, translating them into a clear vision, strategy, and actionable plans.

Business Acumen: Understands the organization's vision, structure, culture, operating principles, and values. Applies this knowledge to make sound business decisions and adapt effectively to various situations.

Solution Orientation: Utilizes analytical tools and techniques to diagnose organizational challenges, determine root causes, and develop effective, business-driven solutions.

Talent Development: Understands and applies best practices for attracting, recruiting, evaluating, retaining, and developing talent. Implements key talent processes, including performance management, development, succession planning, and workforce planning, to build a strong and capable workforce.

Who You Are



  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
  • Able to travel up to 25%.
