We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Data Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing recommendations to support business decision-making.

You'll make significant contributions in the following areas:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis methodologies, findings, and processes.
- Present findings and insights to management and other key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

What you'll need.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
