This role will support the MMP Field offices. They will efficiently and accurately onboard new agents/producer as it pertains to licensing as well as maintaining and assisting in ongoing licensing requirements.

Responsibilities



  • Onboard new agents/producers in compliance with company and insurance regulations
  • Manage and maintain agent/producer license in compliance with company and insurance regulations
  • Effectively manage all incoming inquiries and follow up in a prompt, professional manner
  • Process high volume license change requests from internal and external customers. Assist with questions related to licensing, procedures, and compliance guidelines
  • Document and maintain accurate internal records based on established departmental guidelines.
  • Escalate risks beyond designated authority level to a supervisor
  • Develop proficiency in licensing techniques, terminology, and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience



  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3years of administrative work experience


Technical Skills and Knowledge:



  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skill
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Knowledge of state insurance requirement and/or licensing a plus
  • Adept with technology
  • Ability to make sound decisions
