The Insurance Sales Agent is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective members, advising clients on insurance policy benefits, cross-selling products to meet their needs, and achieving production goals, while actively engaging in community networking, referring clients to credit union services, and enhancing agency efficiency to deliver a seamless and comprehensive member experience. Qualifications
Qualifications: Experience: Three years to five years of similar or related experience, specifically experience in a personal insurance sales and service position. Must be able to demonstrate proven results in previous insurance roles. Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual candidates highly desired. Additional Details: Location: Home branch - Happy Valley Branch (13220 SE 172nd Ave, Suite 168, Happy Valley, OR 97086). This role also requires coverage at other Oregon locations, including Williams, St. Johns, and Sherwood. Training: Three-month training period in Vancouver, WA.
