Ingram Content Group(ICG) is currently recruiting for aCorporate Recruiterto conducttargeted recruiting efforts through partnerships with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Team by utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods. This is not a remote position.

OurCorporate Recruiterpartners with the Manager, Talent Acquisition and department hiring managers in the execution of sourcing & recruiting methods for designated exempt and non-exempt open positions. Conducts sourcing through utilization of multiple social networking and candidate generation methods. Conducts targeted recruiting efforts through partnerships with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Team by utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for professional roles.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or related year for year experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting for professional level positions.

  • Experience sourcing/recruiting for professional roles
  • Passionate about engaging candidates for recruitment purposes
  • Ability to represent ICG to a wide range of candidates
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and locations within the company
  • Experience working with an ATS and CRM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Manager, Talent Acquisition in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates through multiple sourcing methods (I.E. data mining of social networking sites, job fairs and hiring managers).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, skill set of candidates and input regarding employment offers.
  • Screen and interview designated candidates and communicate assessment of skill set with job requirements. When asked, participate as part of interviewing team during interview process.
  • Provide information to Manager, Talent Acquisition regarding situations that could impact hiring decision (IE market conditions, compensation trends, personal issues, and geographic issues).
  • Builds and maintains a network of candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Partners with hiring managers in the development of questions that are specific to intake meetings, interview feedback sessions, and final selection meetings.
  • Ensures continuous development of recruiting/sourcing skills and knowledge using latest sourcing and recruiting methods/technologies.

Hiring Salary Range:$63,945 - $80,849. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
