Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Process Management (SolDoc) CHARM and Solution Manager. A background in ISV and Hi-Tech domains is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

* Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions to meet business requirements.

* Oversee the development and maintenance of Process Management (SolDoc) systems.

* Provide expertise in CHARM to ensure effective change and release management.

* Utilize Solution Manager to monitor and optimize system performance.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

* Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

* Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.

* Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

* Ensure that all technology solutions are scalable and future-proof.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

* Facilitate training sessions for team members on new technologies and processes.

* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

* Must have extensive experience in Process Management (SolDoc) CHARM and Solution Manager.

* Should have a strong background in ISV and Hi-Tech domains.

* Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Should have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

* Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $186,500 USD per year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
