*Description*
*Provide quotes to new or existing customers, and sales team based on project plans and specifications. *Liaison between customer and production to ensure best outcome *Closely monitoring inventories and creating purchase orders for parent company *Updating and creating documents for customers to help them with project requirements *Works closely with manufacturing to determine production schedule to meet customer project deadlines *Provide assistance to marketing when needed - trade show functions, job site installation photo opportunities, merch inventory *Create and provide reports for upper management *Skills* Troubleshooting, Customer service, Sales support, Ms office suite, inside sales support, multi tasking, sales, inside sale, outside sales *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *3-5 years experience in a similar role *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) *Strong communication - will work closely with outside sales, manufacturing, and office manager *Organized skills as will need to handle multiple tasks at a time *Must be quick learning - and show how you are able to take on a task quickly *Be an inquisitive individual *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
