About Rivian

Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.

As a company, we constantly challenge what's possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

Role Summary

Rivian is seeking a collaborative, product-savvy, and data-aware Product & Systems Analyst to join our Facilities Technology team. This role supports a critical internal application that helps manage and report on Rivian's Facilities portfolio, including construction projects, real estate assets, and infrastructure growth.

You'll work at the intersection of product development, business operations, and business intelligence-partnering with engineering, UI/UX, and operations teams to improve how we use data and tools to make decisions and streamline workflows.

We're looking for someone with a strong sense of systems thinking and an enthusiasm for digital products. You should be comfortable navigating technical tools, translating operational needs into product requirements, and manipulating data for insights. You don't need deep experience in data engineering or coding, but you should have enough technical fluency to work alongside developers, analysts, product managers, and designers.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner who brings curiosity, clarity of thought, and a foundational understanding of data and digital tools. You have an instinct for understanding how systems work, and you're energized by the idea of helping people through digital products and well-designed tools. While prior experience in commercial real estate or capital programs is a plus, it's not required-what matters most is your ability to quickly absorb new subject matter, connect the dots, and apply your skills to help Rivian build better, cheaper, and faster.

Responsibilities

Product & Systems

  • Partner with Facilities Technology leaders to gather product and workflow requirements across business and technical teams.
  • Scope operational needs and challenges into clear user stories or problem statements
  • Support product managers with testing, documentation, and coordination across engineering, UI/UX, and business users.
  • Maintain product documentation and support training efforts to drive adoption and consistency.

Business Intelligence & Analysis

  • Analyze Facilities workflow data and trends to surface insights and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (mainly in Hex.tech)
  • Help improve data quality and integrity across systems
  • Deliver concise, actionable reporting that supports decision-making and product development.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a product operations, systems management, business intelligence, or consulting analyst role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and UI/UX design workflows.
  • Intermediate analytics experience; proficiency in SQL and/or advanced Excel for data querying and analysis.
  • Preferred:
    • Familiarity with construction project delivery, facilities operations, or capital program platforms (e.g. Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Ebuilder, Kahua,).
    • Experience working with internal proprietary tools or enterprise applications.
