ATAC has an opening for a Financial Analyst. This is a full-time position located at ATAC headquarters in Santa Clara, California. The Financial Analyst must have a strong understanding of accounting, FP&A, indirect rate management, financial and analytical acumen, cash flow, project cost and government regulations. The Financial Analyst must be organized, detail-oriented, accurate in their work products, and have the ability to communicate effectively. Responsibilities will include: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial results from plan Preparation and submission of monthly billings Assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales, cost variance and rate analysis Support government audits Tracking and monitoring project job cost from plan Maintain and support Unanet Accounting System and improve tools and processes A background check will be required for this position. Qualifications ATAC is looking for a career-minded person who aspires to grow professionally and potentially advance into a senior financial position in the company. Required are: B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance 4+ years of applicable job experience Strong MS Office skills with superior command of EXCEL Prior financial reporting experience in a government contracting environment Excellent communications skills U.S. citizenship or permanent residency Salary for this position is $63,000 - $110,000 annually.
