Ag-Land FS, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Energy Sales Support professional to join our team in Brimfield, IL. In this role, you'll play a key part in promoting and supporting the sale of energy products and services. From managing equipment installations and deliveries to assisting customers and ensuring safe, efficient operations-you'll help us fuel our mission and grow our market presence.

• Sell, install, service, and maintain energy tanks and related equipment

• Schedule and support timely product deliveries

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of sales, service activities, and inventory

• Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and compliance

• Assist with deliveries and maintain company vehicles

• Follow safety regulations and Ag-Land FS policies

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, service, or delivery

• Ability to solve practical problems and handle customer inquiries with confidence

• Strong communication, teamwork, and planning skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement

• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed

• Knowledge of industry standards (NFPA 54, 58)

• Experience with CETP training (or willingness to complete)

• Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment and vehicle maintenance

• Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

• Exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and electrical equipment

• Lifting of heavy objects and occasional work in confined spaces or at heights

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

This role may also qualify for bonuses, incentives, or commissions depending on performance and responsibilities.
