We are seeking a Service Manager for our Laurel, DE location who focuses on employee development, customer relations, and business growth. Direct the employees to work in a safe environment. Manage the department to achieve operation goals. Key Job Responsibilities Ensure the safety of the employee and work environment. Develop plans to achieve department goals for quality and efficiency. Manage accounts receivables as defined in business plan as well as manage the service department to operate within the guidelines set by our manufacturers policies and procedure. Ensure proper training is provided for the service technicians and service administration. Work with factory representatives to ensure warranty factory campaigns are completed. Enforce high work standards for quality and professional service. Qualifications/Requirements Must be able to apply the seven principles of the KOMATSU Way to their everyday work activities where applicable. High school degree & some college preferred. Construction equipment and industry knowledge. Some excavating and grading knowledge. Knowledge of software and technology applications preferred. Additional Information Pay & Benefits:At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $90,000 and $110,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location. Employees may be eligible for a bonus based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of Komatsu.
