Apply now and be part of our journey to cloud excellence! *Essential Functions:* Stay ahead of the curve: Track emerging tech and talent trends, anticipate competitive moves, and craft strategic application/platform roadmaps. Drive tech adoption: Lead the charge in identifying, selecting and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions. Proactively manage risk: Assess potential risks and create robust mitigation plans. Own the roadmap: Define the technical vision, and balance usability, security, and performance. Collaborate for success: Partner with other IT leaders to set priorities and overcome resource challenges. Empower business transformation: Guide business partners in identifying and documenting system enhancements. Deliver impactful projects: Lead strategic initiatives while upholding project management and architectural standards. Ensure top-tier service: Guarantee systems meet SLAs, internal controls, and security policies, and improve IT processes through leadership forums. Maintain system excellence: Ensure the portfolio of systems remains technically sound and up-to-date. Take on additional challenges: Embrace other duties and responsibilities as assigned. *Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be organized and have strong planning skills and problem-solving capabilities. Must be highly collaborative Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud technologies and custom development Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field required Eight years previous information technology experience with two years previous supervisory experience strongly preferred BE PART OF AN AMAZING CULTURE WHERE WHAT MATTERS TO YOU, MATTERS TO US!
